Miguel is an advisor to many of Mozambique’s leading Companies in respect to their Africa operations, given his extensive experience of ‘doing business’ on the African continent. With more than 27 years of experience gained in Portugal and Mozambique, he has a very strong understanding of the most recent development in the Energy and Natural Resources sector and also has been instrumental in the development of the internal audit profession in Mozambique. In the last years, he has led several initiatives with the Institute of Internal Auditors and championed the need to strengthen a corporate governance culture through Institute of Directors.
