Description and purpose of the role:
The business world is constantly evolving - accelerating advances in technology and changes in business models are transforming the rules and risks of the game. We need dynamic people with a fresh perspective to join our diverse team within KPMG’s Digital Consulting (“DC”) unit, to assist us in taking our client-focused services to the next level.
We work with our clients to cut through their most complex strategic challenges and build tailored, practical solutions to help them develop more efficient and effective operations and develop actionable plans to mitigate the business challenges rooted in their operating environments. This includes leveraging cutting-edge and emerging technologies / solutions (such as robotics, IoT and advanced data analytics) to unlock value.
The DC graduate programme is designed to teach you how to provide clients with detailed value-adding solutions within a rapidly evolving technological environment, underpinned by an understanding of the wider business implications.

Key responsibilities and services exposure:
The successful candidate will gain exposure to all aspects and phases of the project lifecycle (from strategy, through to design and implementation); across the Digital Consulting services suite (including Technology, Financial Management, Supply Chain Management and People and Change).
Qualifications Required (Undergraduate / Honours / Masters):
Currently in the final / Honours or Masters year of studying a degree with business and technical related competencies such as:
· BBus Sci (Accounting / Finance / Economics / ISTN / ComSci etc.)
- Engineering degrees (Industrial, Mechanical and Electrical and Information)
- BCom (Mathematics / Accounting / Finance / Economics / ISTN / ComSci etc.)
- BSc Mathematical Sciences / Mathematics / Economics / Informatics / Statistics
- BSc / BEng Mechanical Engineering (with IT/IS modules)
- Minimum 65% academic average across all years of study
- Masters in Industrial/Organisational Psychology (Preferred)
- Honours in Industrial/Organisational Psychology (Minimum Requirement for grads wanting to focus in this area)
- Minimum 65% academic average across all years of study
