Sandip is deputy-head of Private Equity Group and has a wide range of experience in Transaction Services work. He has led many large transaction across many sectors. He has undertaken work in connection with listings, acquisitions / mergers (both private and public to private), disposals, vendor led due diligence exercises, joint ventures and strategic alliances, private equity transactions, company reconstructions and valuations.
