Logan Rowan

Logan is a Partner in the Private Equity Group and has worked for KPMG for 15 years, firstly as part of KPMG’s audit practice in Leeds/Manchester, and has been a PE transaction services specialist for the past 12 years in London. He has extensive experience of delivering Private Equity transactions, and has worked on multiple domestic and cross-border transactions across various sectors. He has worked with a number of major financial sponsors and has considerable experience of delivering large buy-side and vendor initiated due diligence projects.
