David is a Partner in Enterprise's Tax Transaction and Accounting practice based in Parramatta. He has over 25 years’ experience in advising private companies, family owned businesses and their shareholders in all aspects of growing and managing their businesses.

David has thorough knowledge and understanding of the unique characteristics and issues affecting private and family groups. He has extensive experience in equity succession, estate and exit planning, shareholder agreements, corporate governance policies, structuring advice and business and strategic planning, together with his traditional business advisory services knowledge. He works with his clients to assist them in achieving sustainable business outcomes, run profitable businesses and manage risk.

David has a passion for sailing and sails recreationally. In 2009, he sailed in the Gosford to Lord Howe Island and Sydney to Hobart Yacht race and competes in the Launceston to Hobart yacht race every year.
