Nicholas is a partner in the London office of KPMG and the Head of the Dispute Advisory Services practice in the UK. After training as an auditor, Nicholas has specialized in Forensic work for the last eighteen years, principally in calculating loss of value. Nicholas has been appointed as the expert witness in many cases in the UK, Singapore and Belgium courts and in international arbitration (UNCITRAL, ICC, LCIA, ICSID, Zurich Chambers of Commerce and Danish Arbitration Institute) and has given oral evidence in litigation and arbitration in London, Geneva, Paris, Singapore, Vienna and Washington DC. Nicholas is recognized by Global Arbitration Review as one of the best in Europe in their list of leading expert witnesses. Nicholas has extensive experience in the oil and gas and mining sectors.
