Jimmy is one of our most experienced audit partners having led the audits of seven FTSE-100 companies. He is widely known as a leading commentator on accounting in the extractive industries. In 2014 he led the roll out of the “extended audit report” and innovated with the first reporting of audit “findings” for which he was honored with “The Outstanding Industry Contribution Award” in the 2014 British Accountancy Awards. He has also worked on major transactions including acquisition, divestments, IPOs and debt and equity issues.
