Shabana Begum

Shabana is a Director with KPMG in the United Kingdom having recently returned from KPMG Lower Gulf Limited (UAE) where she led the KPMG Middle East and South Asia (MESA) TP practice. Shabana has more than ten years of experience working with major organisations and multinational corporations to analyse their intra-group transactions and develop practical transfer pricing strategies. Shabana’s transfer pricing experience includes advising on planning, implementation, defence and restructuring projects and ranges across the corporate and financial services sector. As well as leading global transfer pricing engagements, Shabana has considerable funding experience and is the Financial Services Transfer Pricing lead for all Thin Capitalisation and Financial Transactions engagements. Shabana is a prize winning UK Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) that holds a First Class degree from the University of Birmingham, UK.
