Sameer has recently joined as Director in M&A team at KPMG Vietnam. Sameer was earlier working with KPMG in India as Director in the Infrastructure Corporate Finance Practice. Sameer leads the Infrastructure Advisory Practice for KPMG Vietnam.
He has over 17 years of experience in the infrastructure financing and M&A space. He has worked on transactions in power and electric utilities, renewables, transport and industrials space and has raised over USD 6Bn across multiple debt and equity transactions.
His skill set includes M&A advisory, Project Financing, financial/commercial evaluation and modelling, for energy & infrastructure projects.
