Quyen Anh Ngoc

Ngoc is a Director leading the Operations Consulting practice at KPMG Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City office. She has over 15 years of experience in supply chain and operations management, underpinned by a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance, including more than nine years of consulting experience in Vietnam. Ngoc has worked with clients across a broad range of industries, including FMCG, industrial manufacturing, and financial services. In recent years, she has been deeply involved in cost management engagements, with a strong focus on cost optimization - supporting clients in identifying high‑impact cost‑saving opportunities and working closely with management teams to convert these opportunities into tangible and sustainable results.
