- CEO of a boutique management consulting firm in Vietnam, providing regulatory advisory services to government agencies and business restructuring services to corporations.
- Conducted business diagnostics for several state-owned general corporations in the agriculture and manufacturing sectors and provided actionable recommendations for their business restructuring process.
- Led team to provide business improvement process and payroll system design to a leading electronic retailer which owns a chain of retailer shops across the country. The newly designed system helped the retailer to quickly acquire and expand its network to new provinces in the country.
- Led team to advise a joint-venture project that owns a refinery and petrochemical complex to design a new payroll system in its start-up phase. The system was designed to take into account the regulatory requirements of investors’ existing system and local market practices.
- Team leader in advisory assignments to provide operational redesign processes to various businesses across sectors in finance, ICT, quality management, construction, transportation, healthcare, education, etc. These services helped to reinforce the organization and supported the ERP design process.
- Led team to provide compensation and benefit design system to a number of securities companies since the early days of Vietnam securities market.
- Led team to offer HR audit services to INGOs and enterprises to support their organizational restructuring process decisions.
- Led team to provide assessment centre services to businesses and organizations. The main purpose is to support management decision in using talents most effectively.
