Nguyen Thanh Hoa

Hoa has over 21 years of professional experience in legal and tax in Vietnam, including more than 10 years of experience in the Legal and Tax practice of KPMG in Vietnam and 7 years of experience in the Tax and Advisory practice in another Big Four firm in Vietnam. Hoa has been providing a wide range of legal and tax advice for many multi-national and local corporations in various business sectors. 

Hoa is leading the Market Entry as well as the Corporate Restructuring group of KPMG Legal in Vietnam. He has been advising and assisting many foreign businesses in various sectors for their entry into and/or expansion of their businesses in Vietnam. Hoa’s sector-focused practice includes Retail & Consumer, Industrial Manufacturing, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, and Real Estate.

Hoa also has extensive experience in working in international teams for many projects which include professional consultants from KPMG officers in Taiwan, Korea, Japan, UK, US, Thailand, etc.
