She has significant experience in financial services (Securities, Bank, Insurance), retail, healthcare and manufacturing, which gives her a diverse range of skills enabling her to provide versatile Customer Relationship Management solutions. She delivered quality outputs including response to complex customer queries, solution presentation and demonstration, to address customer business needs and challenges for business strategy and process improvement. She manages and implements top-tier CRM, ERP, CDP products like Oracle, Microsoft NAV, Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Apps platform and Customer Insight.

• Van is the Head of Microsoft Practice for KPMG VN & Cambodia. She has overall responsible for Tech-Enabled Transformation practice, with a deep-dive knowledge in CRM, Customer Experience and User Experience for financial services.
• She is also an expert of Technology and Digital Consulting, IT management and security, ERP consulting, and project management.
