Michael's major location experience with the Big-4 include: Melbourne (4 years), New York (3 years), Hong Kong (4 years), Mainland China (3 years) London (3 years) and Singapore (4 years).
His principal experience is on transactions in the Private Equity, Private Credit and Financial Services sectors consisting of primarily large and medium scale buyouts and growth investments including buy-side and sell-side / vendor support engagements across Europe and Asia Pacific.
Michael assists clients with respect to the following services:
- Transaction Services (Due diligence and Integration & Separation);
- Corporate Finance (Mergers & Acquisitions and Valuations);
- Turnaround & Restructuring;
- Deal Strategy (Value Creation and Commercial due diligence); and
- Infrastructure Advisory.
His role also entails him working closely with KPMG’s member firms within ASPAC to coordinate and lead engagements for outbound investment as well as foreign clients investing and operating within the region.
