Rudi Moreno

Rudi Moreno is a Managing Director in KPMG US Transaction Execution practice and focuses on helping client successfully execute on their most complex transactions. Rudi works with client across all phases of the M&A process, from developing their inorganic growth strategy, through diligence and post-merger integration. Rudi’s experience spans both buy-side and sell-side transactions, having worked with companies on their most complex and transformative deals, many of which were global or cross-border transactions.

Rudi has experience across many sectors but focuses primarily on Industrial Manufacturing clients. His 25+ years of experience, including prior roles in Strategy and Corporate Development, gives him a unique perspective on what it takes to successfully execute on M&A deals, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
