Adil joined KPMG US in 1999 after five years with KPMG London, where Adil acquired significant audit and accounting expertise and served as the lead manager on a number of global audit engagements in the Manufacturing Retail and Distribution Sector
At KPMG in the US, Adil provides financial due diligence for strategic acquirers and helps clients prepare businesses for sales including providing M&A advice through out the transaction. I have supported strategic buyers and sellers on 500+ deals.
