Jeff has worked with corporations in various industries implementing the proper application of ASC 740 as well as ASC 740-10-25. He has assisted various multinational companies with regards to purchase accounting exercises and the related tax implications; tax basis balance sheets; and implementation of tax provision software. He manages multiple audit and large compliance engagements for both partnership and general corporate clients and provides partner oversight to multi-state income and franchise, business incentive and transaction tax projects. He also serves as an instructor at internal KPMG trainings for various industries and state and local tax topics.
