Chad is a seasoned education industry leader with extensive experience in modernizing key platform solutions and enhancing student lifecycle services. At KPMG, he has spearheaded projects to improve student information systems and elevate customer experience, driving advancements in admissions, enrollment, and retention. Previously, Chad served as Chief Growth Officer at Bisk and Vice President of Blackboard Student Services, partnering with over 300 colleges and universities to deliver transformative services in admissions management, financial aid, and technology enablement. With 15 years at a major institution, he led the student and instructional services for over 50,000 learners across 13 states, managing a P&L with over $600M in annual revenue. Chad specializes in developing scalable, coordinated services for university students and has also advised universities, ed tech companies, and private equity firms on boot camps, certificates, and professional development programs.
