Issuance of general licenses and updated SDN and SSI lists
The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) today issued the following Russia-related general licenses.
- General License 25B [PDF 161 KB]—Authorizing transactions related to telecommunications and certain internet-based communications
- General License 36 [PDF 104 KB]—Authorizing the wind down of transactions involving public joint stock company Severstal
- General License 37 [PDF 103 KB]— Authorizing the wind down of transactions involving Nord Gold PLC
- General License 38 [PDF 104 KB]—Authorizing transactions related to pension payments to U.S. persons
