Under current rules regarding formal transfer pricing reporting obligations in Peru, Local files must be submitted each year to the tax authorities. 

The deadline for complying with this filing obligation for FY 2021 will fall within a range of dates in mid-June 2022 (the exact date for filing depends on the taxpayer identification number of the Peruvian entity).
