Ministry of Finance (BMF) letter containing amendments

Germany’s federal central tax office (BZSt) in June 2022 issued an updated Ministry of Finance (BMF) letter containing amendments related to the FATCA and common reporting standard (CRS) regimes.

The June 2022 BMF letter amends and replaces BMF letters from 2017 and 2018, effective 1 January 2023.
