Thailand extended the deadline for filing transfer pricing disclosure form to 30 May 2022

The Minister of Finance has extended to 30 May 2022 the deadline for filing the transfer pricing disclosure form for fiscal years starting on or after 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020.

The deadline extension is intended to provide relief for companies or juristic partnerships affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

In addition, companies or juristic partnerships that have a deadline for filing the transfer pricing disclosure form between 23 May 2022 and 30 May 2022 are still entitled to an eight-day extension for filing via the online network system.
