Guidance from the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation addresses the use of regulated chemicals.

The guidance—Notice No. 051/22 (19 January 2022)—serves as a reminder to all companies, factories, enterprises and others that distribute or use regulated chemicals to comply with the rules regarding the regulation of these chemicals. Also, entities that distribute or use regulated chemicals must obtain a license and comply with other requirements.
