A bill introduced in the House proposes major changes to donor advised funds

A bill introduced February 3, 2022, in the U.S. House of Representatives proposes major changes to the rules governing “donor advised funds.”

The bill would also alter the rules for private foundations. Read text [PDF 76 KB] of the House bill.
