The Corporate Affairs Commission issued a notice announcing the commencement of registration of limited liability partnership (LLP) or limited partnership (LP) arrangements and the deployment of the registration solutions on the company registration portal.
This process is founded on measures contained in the “Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020” which allows promoters to set up business arrangements using LLPs or LPs.
