Time for the trusts required to file these information returns for 2021 has been extended
The period of time for trusts to file their first returns, for 2021, in which they report their ultimate beneficial owners has been extended.
The extension—published as Resolution DGT-ICD-R-028-2021, in the official gazette on 28 October 2021—provides that the time for the trusts required to file these information returns for 2021 has been extended through 30 November 2021.
In subsequent years, trusts are to file these information returns by the standard due date (April of each year).
