Tax measures in the British Columbia 2021 budget are enacted

Bill 4 enacts certain measures announced in the province's 2021 budget.

The legislation (that received Royal Assent on 17 June 2021) includes corporate, individual (personal), and indirect tax measures.

One provision extends the book publishing tax credit by five years, to 31 March 2026 (from 2021). Other measures extend several temporary corporate and individual provincial tax credits.
