A decree amending lists of reportable and participating jurisdictions for AEOI under CRS
The Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance issued a decree amending the list of reportable jurisdictions under Annex C and the list of participating jurisdictions under Annex D for purposes of the automatic exchange of information (AEOI) on financial accounts under the common reporting standard (CRS) regime.
- For reportable jurisdictions under Annex C—Curacao and Peru are added.
- For participating jurisdictions under Annex D—New Caledonia and Peru are added.
