Best use of thought leadership with Sanofi Genzyme and Regeneron

Highly Commended

KPMG carried out a thorough review of the scientific and medical literature and visited 32 AD centres around the world, where they interviewed team members involved in AD care. Wanting to keep a clear focus on practical findings that could benefit patients, KPMG identified 10 good practice interventions which were tested, validated and prioritised with a group of internationally recognised experts. The findings were documented into a report accessible to all which included over 150 case studies demonstrating how centres have implemented interventions, such as the use of technology and patient education initiatives. The findings were also presented on a purpose-built website for optimum user experience and engagement.

Team leader consultant of the year – Vishali Jivan

Finalist

When a global financial services business decided to reorganise its operations and set up a new banking entity in Germany ahead of Brexit, Vishali led the project to re-paper no fewer than 100,000 customer contracts. Working to demanding deadlines, the project achieved a highly impressive 95% consent rate. And that was just one element. The engagement – which at its peak involved project management of over 100 KPMG Consulting, Tax and Legal Services specialists - saw over 300 supplier contracts transferred, over 100 policies and procedures updated, and some 167 IT applications updated, tested and implemented. The result was the first banking licence issued by the European Central Bank as a result of Brexit.
