Dave Yip

Dave joined KPMG as a Partner in 2011 having been a leader within a technology consultancy for the previous 11 years.

As UK Head of Strategic Alliances, Dave leads a national team who collaborate with our technology alliances including Oracle, Microsoft, Google and Amazon Web Services to co-create and deliver digital solutions that drive measurable business improvement and sustainable transformational change in clients.

Dave has over 20 years of experience defining and delivering benefits for the world’s largest private and public sector organisations. He has undertaken many projects with mixed client/multi-supplier teams from business case through to service handover. He has experience leading large teams in delivering business led, technology enabled programmes - transforming back-office functions and using insight from advanced data analytics. Specific projects include ERP and CRM selection; cohesive IT strategies and operating models; implementing Cloud solutions; self-serve platforms and building C-suite business performance dashboards.
