Steve is UK Sector Head for Business Services as well as a Partner within KPMG’s Private Equity Group. He has over 20 years’ experience and, for the last ten years, has focused on advising a range of private equity and corporate clients as they contemplate M&A transactions, on both the buy-side and sell-side. Steve has led numerous complex U.K. and European/multinational transactions across a range of industries, including public to private buy-outs, secondary buy-outs and complex carve-out transactions. Within Business Services, his experience spans a number of sub-sectors including contact centres, recruitment, e-learning, facilities management, IT outsourcing and BPO. Countries of his international experience include the United States, Germany, Ireland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Dominican Republic, Colombia and Canada.
