Richard Watson

Richard's career spans 25 years both within professional practice, in-house roles and financial services. Richard leads a number of corporate tax engagements with clients across sectors in the region.

He also has significant experience advising groups on cross border structuring and financing, intra-group corporate and debt reorganisations, managing IP and withholding taxes and supporting clients with M&A. Richard leads our full service Tax team across the East of England which spans corporate tax, VAT and indirect tax, capital allowances, R&D and innovation credits, transfer pricing, employment and global mobility, amongst other areas.
