Jo is a senior leader within the Infrastructure, Government & Healthcare sectors. Jo brings over 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors having worked both in consulting and directly in corporate environments.

Jo currently leads the Customer practice where she designs and executes customer strategy, service design and transformation. Currently, she is leading Customer & Service re-design in a strategic transformation programme for a local authority. She is the stakeholder, culture and business change lead for an industry-wide infrastructure reform programme.​
