Donna Trapnell

Donna has over 25 years’ experience in the Financial Service sector, spanning both Insurance and Banking, Retail and Corporate. She has worked for several organisations over that time, most recently Lloyds Banking Group and AXA. Her most recent role was as MD Halifax Mortgages & Protection where she integrated various functions to create a single multi-channel distribution business, delivered a tech refresh programme and improved customer and risk outcomes. Previous roles have centred on running multi-site, scaled operations for pension and commercial banking businesses, developing new operating models, leading or sponsoring an array of transformation programmes, M&A, complex customer and risk solutions including Financial Crime and Remediation. Donna will support our Integrated Solutions strategy, delivering managed service solutions to clients across multiple sectors – focusing on the increasing demand for current and new solutions as organisations reimagine or improve core resilience in an ever-shifting landscape.
