Lauren has over 8 years of experiences in the Financial Services Regulatory arena and within this, extensive experience of the professional services environment. Having started her career with NatWest Banking Group, she moved into a Complaints Investigation role with Capita, which initiated the beginning of her Regulatory work.

Having moved to KPMG as a Regulatory Analyst, she has undertaken a number of engagements across all sectors of the financial services industry, with key experiences including reviewing responsible lending, arrears and collections practices and vulnerable customers to help firms deliver fair consumer outcomes. Since being promoted to Senior Manager in October 2023, Lauren has worked on a large scale mortgage remediation programme for an international Bank managing colleagues and was instrumental in delivering a large scale training programme. Lauren is currently leading the design and build of a Customer Outcomes testing across Consumer Credit and Mortgages for a large Challenger Bank. This has involved designing a risk based methodology for the sampling and testing of customer outcomes across the firm’s multiple product offerings.
