KPMG in the UK

Mark is a Partner in the Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA) Advisory team in the UK and has over 25 years of M&A transaction, audit and advisory experience with KPMG - both in London and overseas. 

He has advised clients on more than 700 transactions, providing commercial, strategic and tactical advice, both pre-and post-deal, in respect of sale and purchase agreements and other transaction documents.

Mark has also acted as an independent expert on multiple occasions, determining disputes on completion accounts and deal price. He is also on the ICAEW list of independent experts.

He advises corporate and private equity clients and has significant cross-sector industry experience. He has particular expertise in consumer markets, financial services and energy; as well as significant experience across healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing, aerospace & defence, real estate and infrastructure.

Mark is also an experienced presenter, and delivers training on the accounting aspects of SPAs to clients, law firms, investment bankers and other M&A specialists.
