Georgina provides practical insight into the complexities of infrastructure portfolios, programmes, and projects. Drawing from experience within industry as a Project Manager on transportation schemes, Georgina can provide solutions and practicable actions to meet client needs. Georgina has worked closely with tier 1 contractors, infrastructure owners, local authorities, and academic institutions.

Within these schemes, Georgina was responsible for the full suite of project management and project controls competencies including risk management, cost and commercial management, schedule management, stakeholder engagement and leadership of a large team. Georgina has worked with a variety of clients as an ESG specialist and consultant, supporting strategy formation and providing advice on the integration of sustainability principles into major projects. Experience in both sustainability and project delivery provides Georgina with a rich understanding of client challenges and an appreciation for the criticality of sustainable solutions.
