Sarah leads KPMG in the UK's public sector mobility practice, advising transport authorities on the future of Mobility (Autonomous Vehicles / Electric Vehicles / Mobility as a Service), with a particular focus on transport authority strategy, implications for infrastructure and services, and development of business cases for new initiatives (for example, car-sharing, drone pilots, technology partnerships.)
Sarah has over 15 years of experience advising public sector organisations on strategic options, development of commercial business plans, diversification of income streams, pricing, identification of operating efficiencies and development of partnerships between the public and private sector. Sarah focuses on executable strategy and planning.
