He brings over 15 years of management consulting experience in domains including but not limited to: end-to-end agile business transformation, workforce strategy, organisation design and restructuring, programme management, and global sourcing. Paul leads large scale multi-national transformations effectively managing teams and client stakeholders in local and virtual capacities across a variety of sectors.

Paul runs ultra-marathons focusing on the finish line but not losing sight of each mile ahead. As a certified agile scrum master, he has delivered enterprise-wide transformations, workforce optimisation strategies, and value realisation programmes across various multi-national insurers. Additionally, Paul has experience in delivering both agile and workforce transformation coaching.
