Caroline has more than 15 years experience working in our rewards department, providing advice to remuneration committees and management on all aspects of pay and corporate governance. She has been at KPMG for six years, prior to that she was at Hay Group and Willis Towers Watson.
Her experience includes working with companies to develop remuneration strategies and pay arrangements, which support the objectives of the business while balancing the needs of stakeholders.
She has designed and implemented incentive plans, both short and long-term, in large public and private companies across a range of industry sectors.
