Eniko Fulop

Eniko heads up the Powered Procurement practice in the UK, where she is accountable for Procurement transformation utilising market leading Cloud (SaaS) technologies. She has over 15 years’ of technology enabled procurement transformation experience across multiple industries, and she has led on a number of Global Source to Pay transformation programmes.

She focuses on maximising value for her clients by providing leading practice insights when implementing new operating models and procurement processes, including defining technology landscapes and improving management information and KPI’s.

Eniko is responsible for service provided to Client including delivery model & methods, processes and tools, quality and risk, including participation in Programme Leadership and Governance.
