Mike Eaton

Mike has over 20 years’ experience in Consulting and worked across all sectors, with a focus on Insurance and Banking. Additionally he has built and delivered Target Operating Models in a range of challenging post-merger integration and restructuring situations, as well as delivered against fixed regulatory deadlines.

Mike now leads our Managed Services business and has done since its inception in 2011. In recent years Mike has delivered Managed Services and Technology solutions for banking remediation such as PPI, Interest Rate misselling and KYC. In addition he recently delivered technology led solutions for both FATCA and Common Reporting Standards.

Mike’s focus has always been on making change happen in major financial institutions, with a specific emphasis on leading major Transformation Programmes and Technology Enabled change.
