Viral joined KPMG in 1990 and has specialised in commercial valuations since moving to KPMG corporate finance in 1997. He has performed valuations for public and private companies in a wide range of industries across the globe and primarily focuses on providing deal related valuation advice to financial services clients.

Most recently, Viral has provided valuation and structuring advice to numerous financial services entities in connection with their Brexit plans.
