Stella joined KPMG in 2019 from the Competition and Markets Authority (having spent 7 years at KPMG previously). Stella advises clients on competition and regulatory finance, during their interaction with regulators. This includes advice on competition act cases, market investigations/studies, regulatory finance, regulatory strategy and state aid.

She has cross-sector experience of applying the principles of competition and regulatory finance, spanning pharmaceuticals, financial services, water, energy, healthcare and telecoms.
