Tim Cross

Tim’s career started in 2007 working for a start-up within the HR/ Employee Benefits space. In 2010 the company achieved Private Equity investment which enabled the company to branch out internationally. As a result, Tim moved to Australia to help set up their office and Client Services team in Sydney.

Tim joined KPMG in 2014 and helped to set up and launch their own Employee Benefits SaaS platform offering and in 2018, he joined KPMG’s Private Enterprise, Emerging Giants team.

During 2018, Tim was seconded to the Royal Household to support HRH, The Duke of York’s Pitch@Palace initiative. In 2019 Tim worked with London & Partners and helped to manage the delivery of the Mayor’s International Business Programme.

Tim leads our annual Tech Innovator in the UK competition and is the programme cohort lead for Access – Tech Innovator in the UK. Tim works with third party and regional initiatives to deliver help and support to fast growth businesses.

Tim has a strong background in working with tech and high growth businesses and has a BSc in Business Management, from the University of Surrey.
