Tom has been a partner at KPMG in the UK for over 21 years and is responsible for all tax services provided to a wide range of privately-owned and family-owned businesses. A former Inspector of taxes, Tom has over 30 years’ corporate tax experience including international mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and financing.
