  • 蒐集單位：KPMG台灣所。
  • 蒐集目的：活動參與、身分確認、客戶管理、會員服務、會員管理、聯絡通知、行銷、統計、調查、研究等。
  • 個人資料類別：中英文姓名、任職公司、公司規模、公司統一編號、部門、職級、通訊、Email、地址及其它得以直接或間接識別本人之資料；另購買本所刊物者需提供，如：金融機構帳戶之號碼、姓名與統一證號。
  • 個人資料利用期間：上述蒐集目的(或特定目的)之存續期間。
  • 個人資料利用地區：中華民國境內地區。
  • 利用對象及方式：您的個人資料將由KPMG台灣所在上述蒐集目的之範圍內予以處理及利用。
  • 您享有個人資料保護法第3條之權利：查詢或請求閱覽、請求製給複製本、請求補充或更正、請求停止蒐集、處理或利用、請求刪除。您可連絡KPMG台灣所為您處理。

This activity is organized by KPMG Taiwan firm, which hereby makes the following statement in accordance with Article 8 of the Personal Information Protection Act:

  • Users and Purpose: your personal information will be used and processed by the organizers and related units within the purpose of collection: activity participation, identity confirmation, client management, providing services, notifications, marketing, statistics, surveys, research, etc.
  • Personal information supplied includes: full name in Chinese and/or English, company name, department, title, contact information, email, address and other information which may be used to identify the participant, both directly and indirectly.
  • Information holding period: Duration of KPMG's operating existence.
