Megan Wu

Megan began her career with KPMG in 1993, and was admitted into the partnership in 2003.

 

Megan hold a bachelor degree of accounting from National Cheng-Chi University in Taipei, Taiwan. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant from ROC.

 

Megan has extensive experiences serving clients in the high-tech industry.

 

Her service experience includes: Audit and attestation related services-provide financial statement attestation, corporate income tax return certifications and due diligence reviews, advisory services related to IPO, accounting systems, management control and internal auditing, and cross-border IPO services.

 

Representative client includes: Microsoft Taiwan Corporation, Primax Electronics Ltd., Arima Communication Corporation, Arima Optoelectronics Corporation.

 

Besides audit, she took the role of PPC Head from January 2012 to March 2016, to recruit and retain outstanding people and to build high performance culture among different functions. She also built solid relationship with accounting departments of first tier universities by taking this role.
