Niki Yam is the Associate Director of Tax & Investment Dept. and one of the founding members of the China Practice Team. She has been worked in KPMG Hong Kong serving multinational groups on their China tax and business regulation matters, specializing on tax dispute resolution and tax audit settlement. She joined KPMG Taiwan in 2017. With her extensive experience, she integrated the China Practice Team into a comprehensive function not only serving as Taiwanese client’s corridor on their China tax and investment matters but also equipped with local service capacity on professional advisory and compliance across the various regions in China.
Niki currently provides advice on China business regulations, investment holding and business operation structures, corporate income tax, value added tax, customs duties, foreign exchange and corporate registration / compliance issues.
