Mavis Tsai

Mavis Tsai is a Certified Public Accountant and a practicing auditor in the Audit Department of KPMG Taiwan. She is well-versed in both domestic and international accounting and auditing standards, IPO advisory and planning, as well as IFRS conversion and implementation consulting. Ms. Tsai has extensive experience auditing financial statements and certifying corporate income tax returns for large domestic and multinational enterprises. She also has a strong track record in advising companies on public offerings and listings on the Taiwan Stock Exchange and OTC markets. Ms. Tsai holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from National Chengchi University and is a licensed CPA in Taiwan. Her previous roles include serving as a Senior Manager in the Audit Department of KPMG Taiwan and as an Instructor at KPMG Academy.
